    • Are there any hidden fees?

      No. At Fierce Island Creative, we really value being able to give a quote without a full consultation. Nobody has time to go through all that effort just for an estimate. Some of our fees do occur monthly. These are generally fees for third-party services, i.e. hosting.

    • Why not just use Wix or Squarespace?

      That is a great question. Wix and Squarespace are excellent website options for some use cases. Although, with most businesses, there is usually a demand for more bespoke solutions. We strive to keep our prices equivalent to what it would cost to hire a designer for a custom Wix site at the same caliber of design quality. We also price match with Wix for hosting. The difference with us is that our sites are built to be insanely fast (plus you get the benefit of having enterprise-level software engineers in your corner). Fun fact, if Wix or Squarespace is still a route you would like to pursue, we offer design services for those platforms as well.

    • Can I provide input during the design process?

      Of course! We feel that a short feedback loop always delivers the best results. As we design your site, we typically reach out many times to make sure we are executing your vision to the tee.

    • Do you offer responsive web design?

      Yes. We build sites with all devices in mind. Your brand will look great no matter how your clients peruse your site.

    • Do you provide content creation services?

      We do! Most of our sites usually require some help with image and content creation. We also offer video creation.

    • Do you have maintenance packages?

      Yep! To keep maintenance costs down, we offer a maintenance package that, for the right clients, reduces costs significantly. It all depends on the level of regular maintenance needed by the client.

    • What kind of support do you provide after the website goes live?

      We offer a hand-off meeting where we walk you through your new site, along with any training on special features. Afterward, all support is billed hourly. However, we do offer a maintenance package for those who need frequent support or changes

    • How does the process work?

      First, we will schedule a discovery call for us to get to know you and your project better. Once the technical requirements are decided and an agreement is signed, we will deliver a design fitting your vision within 2 weeks. Once approved, we can break ground on your site. Depending on the site, delivery times vary. The average time is 3 weeks.

    • How long does it typically take to complete a website?

      Once the design is approved, it takes typically 3 weeks. However, simple sites can be completed much sooner.

    • Will there be a dedicated point of contact for my project?

      You bet. There will be a client side manager that will be available to you through the whole process.
