What does territory exclusivity mean?
We never take on two contractors in the same trade whose markets overlap. Local search is a zero-sum game in a given market, so working with your competitor would be a conflict of interest. Once you're in, your trade in your market is yours.
What if my trade isn't listed?
If you run an established home service business doing $300K+ a year, reach out. The trades listed are where we have the deepest experience, but we evaluate every contractor individually.
